When Sheva Berachos are recited, the Leader recites the following Zimun,
with a cup of wine in hand.

After the ring is placed on the bride's finger, the Kesubah is read aloud and handed to the groom.
A second cup of wine is poured and the seven blessings (שֶׁבַע בְּרָכוֹת) are recited aloud.
The first six may all be recited by one person or distributed among several people.
Whoever recites a blessing holds the second cup as he recites.

חָתָן וְכַלָּה, גִּילָה רִנָּה, דִּיצָה וְחֶדְוָה,
אַהֲבָה וְאַחֲוָה, שָׁלוֹם וְרֵעוּת.*

The Leader of Bircas Hamazon recites the seventh blessing while holding the first cup.
Then wine from the two cups is mixed together and one cup is given to the groom and the other to the bride.

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, בּוֹרֵא פְּרִי הַגָּפֶן.
